  • We do not accept exchanges or returns due to damage or breakage caused by the shipping company or by the customer, except for orders with the wrong product or defective products. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

    If the product is defective, we will exchange it. Please contact us by e-mail within 14 days of receiving the product. Shipping costs will be paid by us if the product is defective, and by the customer if the return or exchange is for the customer's own reason.

    - How long is the handling time between when an order is placed and when it will ship?

    We will ship in 5-7 business days, but if the product will not be in stock, it will take uncertain term. Also, if the product is in Japan, it will be more than a week.

    - Do orders need to be placed before a specific time?

    No. As soon as we receive the order, we will proceed to ship.

    - Is there anywhere you don't deliver, like P.O. boxes, specific states or countries?

    We will ship to the US domestic.
